Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Efrat Bloch. Before starting Aliyah Compass, I worked as an actuary for 11 years, which shaped the way I think about planning, details, budgets, and big life decisions. My husband and I made aliyah from Philadelphia with our three children, and we now live in Har Nof.
I created Aliyah Compass because I saw the need for something between general aliyah resources and full-service relocation support. Many families do not need someone to manage every detail for them — they need personalized guidance, practical support, and help organizing what to do next.
Whether aliyah is around the corner or still years away, my goal is to help families think through communities, schools, budget, timing, and next steps with clarity and confidence.
Warm, Practical Guidance
Aliyah can feel exciting, emotional, overwhelming, and complicated all at once.
Whether you are actively planning a move, exploring aliyah years down the road, or trying to understand what is realistic for your family, Aliyah Compass helps organize the process into manageable steps.
I provide thoughtful guidance, practical planning support, and personalized direction for families navigating aliyah — without pressure and without pretending there is a one-size-fits-all path.
